As a registered nurse, your primary role is to ensure that each patient receives the precise treatment they require, and you do this in several ways. RNs assess and identify patients, then put the patient’s medical plan and therapy into action and keep an eye on it.

Patient advocates guide patients through the healthcare system. In that job, your role is to act as the liaison between patients and their medical professionals, attorneys, insurance providers, and other organizations that impact the patients’ healthcare needs.
Patient Advocates should be knowledgeable about the healthcare system, rights, and the resources available to patients. They should be able to provide accurate information and resources to patients and their families and advocate for their rights. They should also be able to communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. Additionally, Patient Advocates must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. They should also be able to work independently.
Arranging therapy sessions so patients can connect with each other and offer recommendations for physical and mental wellness. Developing and implementing rehabilitation programs to help patients adjust to a disability or illness.
Recreation therapists must be knowledgeable about the therapeutic benefits of recreation and leisure activities, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work with diverse group of people from various backgrounds. They should also be able to assess the needs of their clients and develop individualized treatment plans. Additionally, therapists must be organized and detail-oriented.
Assists clients as needed in obtaining medical clearance from their provider. Within the certification parameters, it assists clients in improving their quality of life by helping them improve their function through suitable exercise and fitness programs.
We typically expect fitness instructors to have a strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, as well as a thorough understanding of the principles of exercise and fitness. They should also be able to demonstrate various activities and motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals. We also expect fitness instructors to create and implement safe and effective exercise programs for individuals and groups, as well as be able to monitor and adjust the program as needed.
Audiologists are health care professionals. In that career, you use technology, creative problem-solving, and social skills to identify and tinnitus, balance, and other auditory impairments should be treated. Audiologists assist people with these impairments in communicating and interacting with others more effectively around them.
We expect Audiologists to have a strong knowledge of hearing and balance disorders and the ability to diagnose and treat these disorders. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with a variety of patients. Additionally, we expect Audiologists to be able to use and maintain audio logical equipment and to be able to interpret and analyze test results. Also, Audiologists must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
